Your User ID is the e-mail address that you entered into the Secure Order Form when you ordered the program. Your password was assigned to you in your confirmation e-mail (you may change your password in the Customer Account Panel after you Login to your account with the password provided). Click on theCustomer Login link on any webpage in our site. Follow the directions on the Login page if you forgot your password. If you do not remember which e-mail address (User ID) you used (after trying all e-mail addresses that you may have used) contact us using the webform found at the bottom of this page.
You must gain access to the program material through theCustomer Login page. Please make sure that you are entering the correct information. THE PASSWORD IS CASE SENSITIVE! You must use proper capilization. If you get an "Invalid User ID or Password" warning, then you will want to re-check your entry and make corrections. After a couple of attempts, click on the "Forgotten Password" link for further options. If everything fails, please use the E-Mail Support form at the bottom of this page to report the problem.
99.999% of problems opening up the study material are because of "settings/preferences" that have been made in your computer. Your computer settings and/or browser settings and/or internet connection may prevent proper downloading of the program files. You are not alone; several thousand people just like you are active subscribers and there are usually two or three dozen folks using the materials without any problems at any given time. First; try logging into your account using a DIFFERENT browser - you may have to set the new browser as the default browser if you are linking from your confirmation email. If you download a different browser, it will have DEFAULT settings that will work perfectly with this program. Use the Customer Help Center at the bottom of the Access Panel to fix the problem. If all else fails; use a different computer (you will use the same Customer ID and Password). You can access your the Online CDL Test Prep Program from any computer device that is connected to the internet. Alternately; you can check with a person that understands computers that can correct your settings.

Make sure that you have your Adobe Reader settings to OPEN up your .pdf files instead of SAVE. Otherwise, you will find the .pdf files in your DOWNLOAD folder (or other folder that was set as a preference) instead of "seeing" them in your browser window/tab which is the preferable "setting". Your computer may not have a valid edition of Adobe Reader™. You may have to download a free edition of Adobe Reader™ directly from the publisher. Simply click on the Adobe Reader™ download link located in the "Help Center" of the Main Access Panel page and follow the download and installation instructions.
If you find broken link(s), material that you feel is incorrect or any other item that you just can't figure out, you can use the E-mail Support form at the bottom of this page to report the problem. We will look into the item and respond back to you by email. If you have a concern with a particular question/answer, please take the time to read the question and optional answers very carefully before submitting an inquiry - 95% of such concerns are usually the result of mis-reading or not understanding a "nuance" in the question or answer.
